YOUR VOICE: Peacemakers
Here’s how you can apply this message:
1. Practice Bold Prayer Out Loud
· Don’t just pray silently — take time each day this week to pray audibly, declaring God’s Word over your life, family, and situation.
· Example: Speak a verse like Acts 4:29 (“Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness”) over yourself in prayer.
· Why? Because it trains your mouth to align with God’s Spirit, and it strengthens your boldness in using your voice for Him.
2. Refuse to Stay Silent in a Moment of Truth
· Commit that the next time you encounter a situation where truth is being compromised — whether in a conversation at work, in your family, or online — you will speak God’s truth with grace and boldness instead of staying quiet.
· It doesn’t mean being harsh, but it does mean refusing to be a “peacekeeper” who avoids conflict, and instead being a peacemaker who lovingly brings God’s truth to light.
· Why? Because silence in those moments gives space for lies to grow, but your Spirit-filled voice brings truth and life.
